Your Harley-Davidson authorized technician will perform a Road Trip Inspection and take care of any maintenance your bike needs at that point.

 A master Technician is trained under the wings of the Harley-Davidson motor company’s own Top Master Engine, Chassis, and Electrical Builders directly in the H-D Factory and training facilities. Rigorous training program is as followed:

• Master Powertrain
• Master Technology

Each level has strict guidelines to follow and courses to complete. It takes a minimum of 4 years to achieve Master level.

Crow River Harley-Davidson has 2 masters of technology. We also have more technicians slated for completion of their training by the end of the year.

There are only 156 Masters of Technology in Harley-Davidson dealerships throughout the U.S.A., two of them work HERE at Crow River Harley-Davidson.

Crow River Harley-Davidson is the Premier Dynamometer tuning center in the region.

A Dynamometer is an essential tool for realizing the full potential of today's motorcycles. It can accurately calibrate fuel and injection maps as well as diagnose run and drivability issues. It's all done in a controlled environment with road simulation done right in the dealership. Crow River Harley-Davidson has trained technicians for dyno runs, analyzing performance issues, and tune ups, whether you need it for racing or just want to take your motorcycle to the next level for those Sunday rides.

Our strong commitment to being on the cutting edge of motorcycle performance and technology, Crow River Harley-Davidson is happy to announce the use of the  DynoJet 250i. The 250i is a new standard in terms of Dynos, equipped with a real time torque meter and real time O2 and Eddy current load control. While most dynos are an inertia only type, this dyno allows for real world load testing.

Our trained technicians are able to load test at any RPM setting to fine tune all RPM ranges and throttle settings. We can measure horsepower and torque in real time, steady state. We also have a fuel-air ratio monitor and torque cell monitor, giving us the ability to fine tune your motorcycle.
