Here's how it works: Present your Loyalty Rewards Card every time you make an eligible purchase at Crow River Harley-Davidson. When you do, we will credit your account with 1 point for every dollar you spend, excluding taxes, extended warranties, pre-paid maintenance policies, shop labor, accessories on bike deals and insurance policies. The more points you accumulate, the larger the free gift coupon value! If you do not have your Loyalty Rewards Card, just stop on by.

Follow Your Points
Points are accumulated immediately upon purchase of any product or service and will be posted to your account within 48 hours. Follow your points by visiting our website www.crowriverhd.com and clicking on Dealer Info. Also, you can stop by the dealership and one of our friendly employees can access your account for you.
Redeem Your Points for Rider Rewards Gift Certificates
Loyalty Rewards gift certificates are redeemable for parts, merchandise and service. Print your gift certificate from your Loyalty Rewards account and bring it in to the dealership to earn your reward! Once a Loyalty Rewards gift coupon is printed it must be redeemed within 30 days.
Important Things to Remember:
- Your Loyalty Rewards card is only valid for eligible purchases made at Crow River Harley-Davidson.
- Your Loyalty Rewards card has a maximum cap of 5500 points, any purchases made after the maximum cap has been met will not be added to your card.
- The Loyalty Rewards card is issued to the original purchaser only and can only be used by the original purchaser or member of immediate household. Picture ID may be required.
- Your Loyalty Rewards card must be presented at time of merchandise purchase. Reward points cannot be issued retroactively.
- Rewards earned under the Loyalty Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash. Points are surrendered for award redemption only.
- Your unused Loyalty Rewards points will continue to accumulate and will have no expiration. Check your account often and redeem your rewards!
Crow River Harley-Davidson reserves the right to discontinue LoyaltyRewards privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means, or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the Loyalty Rewards.
Crow River Harley-Davidson reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without obligation or notification.
Employees of Crow River Harley-Davidson, its suppliers and immediate families of each are not eligible or the Loyalty Rewards program.

Terms and Conditions
· You will need to visit http://www.crowriverhd.com/custompage2.asp?pg=morethanrewards to view your account activity and/or print earned Loyalty Rewards Certificates. Each Member is responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information. You may update your personal information online.
· Questions or Problems: Send an email message beginning with 'HELP' along with your question to info@crowriverhd.com. We will attempt to answer questions or fix any problems you are having within 72 hours.
· Earn points for Every Dollar You Spend: Every time you make an eligible purchase at Crow River Harley-Davidson we will credit your account with 1 point for every dollar you spend, excluding taxes, extended warranties, labor, pre-paid maintenance policies and insurance policies.
· Points will post to your account within approximately two (2) business days after your in-store purchase. No adjustments to a Member's account will be made after ninety (90) days from the actual purchase date.
· Members do not earn Points for the amount of any Loyalty Rewards Certificates redeemed. All purchases made with a Loyalty Rewards Certificate are final. Loyalty Rewards Certificates are good for one (1)-time use only. Loyalty Rewards Certificates must be surrendered at the time of redemption. In the event that a Member returns merchandise that was partially or wholly paid for with a Loyalty Rewards Certificate, the Loyalty Rewards Certificate used in connection with such a purchase will not be reissued and also the Loyalty Rewards points representing such Loyalty Rewards Certificate will not be reissued to the Loyalty Reward Member's account. Loyalty Rewards Certificates will be applied to all eligible products, any refunds for returned merchandise will be given in the amount of the original purchase price less any restocking fees that may apply. Other exclusions may apply
· Points have no cash value. Points that remain on Member's account will be forfeited if the Program is terminated.
· Loyalty Rewards membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Crow River Harley-Davidson. We reserve the right, without limitation, to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any Program rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points (as defined below) already accumulated and/or the ability to use accumulated Points toward Loyalty Rewards Certificates). Crow River Harley-Davidson may, among other things: (i) increase or decrease the number of Points earned on a Qualifying Purchase; (ii) increase the number of Points required to earn a Loyalty Rewards Certificate; (iii) institute or add blackout dates; (iv) modify Point expiration dates; and/or (v) limit the number of Loyalty Rewards Certificates for use by a Member on a single purchase.
· We may change these Terms as described at any time in our sole discretion by posting the updated Terms on the Site. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes, and your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then-current Terms to which you are bound.
· Crow River Harley-Davidson reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these Terms in its sole discretion. All determinations by Crow River Harley-Davidson will be final and conclusive in each case. These Terms supersede all previously published Terms in their entirety.
· Abuse of the Loyalty Rewards Program, including failure to follow Program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of Loyalty Rewards Certificates, products, Points, or promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Crow River Harley-Davidson in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of a Member's account and future disqualification from Program participation, forfeiture of all Points accrued, and cancellation of previously issued but unused Loyalty Rewards Certificates. At our discretion we may prosecute abuse of the program to the fullest extent of the law.
· Points and/or Loyalty Rewards Certificates are not transferable and may not be combined among Members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a Member's estate, and may not pass to a Member's successors and assigns. Accrued points and/or Crow River Harley-Davidson Loyalty Rewards Certificates do not constitute property of the Member. Accrued points and/or Crow River Harley-Davidson Loyalty Rewards Certificates are not transferable by the Member upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise.
· Crow River Harley-Davidson reserves the right to make bonus Points and other promotional offers available to select Members based on purchase activity, geographic location, Program participation, and/or information supplied by the Member. Crow River Harley-Davidson reserves the right to add, withdraw, amend, or otherwise change bonus opportunities at any time at its sole discretion, with or without notice to Members.
· By participating in the Program, each Member hereby releases the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) relating to that Member's participation in the Program, use of Loyalty Rewards Certificates, or agreement to these Terms.
